  • Provided sustainability to the Agile implementation by partnering with other Agile Coaches within the organization to design and deploy an Agile Champion Guild which consisted in a 6-month cycle program where anyone could join to learn different aspects of the Agile Mindset.
  • Provided cohesion to the Agile implementation in the Financial Operations Domain by partnering with the Leadership to re-design the strategy from a Project Delivery approach to a Lean based system that focuses on analyzing the process, feedback gathering and continuous improvement. 
  • Improved the metrics used to assess the level of Agile Maturity by designing an assessment that relates to the operational processes with the FinOps Domain.
  • Increased the level of Agile Maturity by coaching over 30 teams using a custom Agile Maturity Assessment as a tool to reflect to the teams their growth opportunities.
  • Provided sustainability to the Agile mindset by coaching the Scrum Master Chapter towards constantly exploring opportunities to improve their approach with each team.
  • Coached the creation of the FinOps Process Re-Engineering Chapter under Scrum, deploying over 60 automations through RPA Development across the Financial Operations Domain.
  • Aligned the Vendor Reconciliation Process by coaching the Chapter, focusing on continuous improvement process, and removing impediments through cross-collaboration.
  • Improved Agile Awareness by delivering training to more than 200 people in Agile Fundamentals.
  • Provided growth opportunities for new leaders by assisting Human Resources in the delivery of several modules in the Leader Development Program.
  • Increased the velocity of the Talent and Inclusion Team in the Human Resources area by coaching them through the implementation of Scrum.
  • Provided visibility to the level of satisfaction of team members by designing a process to gather, on a bi-weekly basis, feedback from everyone in the Domain and make this information available to each team and their leads to be used as data in their retrospectives.
