    • Delivered an Agile Leadership Workshop where goals were set based on discovered challenges. The workshop resulted in an Agile Leadership Team composed of four champions leading each pillar of the Agile Delivery Model:
      • Structure: Establish talented teams (including partners) with aligned roles and responsibilities operating under standardized processes.
      • Strategy: Build alignment across all team members on the enterprise vision and how their individual product supports it. Team members proactively collaborate towards this common goal.
      • Process: Create a “Ways of Working” playbook in collaboration with teams to foster sustainable Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
      • Culture: Foster a growth mindset culture where teams are empowered and held accountable for agile leadership,prioritizing a strong commitment to the transformation process and psychological safety.
    • Designed an Agile Delivery Model impacting four pilot products and over 10 teams of vendors and internal collaborators.
    • Identified gaps in roles and skills to restructure teams involved in Agile Delivery Model implementation.
